The Production Supervisor (Onsite) is responsible for managing the overall production activities within the organization. This role involves leading a team of production professionals, developing and implementing production procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Production Supervisor conducts regular audits, reviews production data, and collaborates with other departments to address production issues and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing production documentation, providing training and development opportunities for staff, and reporting on production performance to senior management.

The estimated salary range for this position is $72,300 to $100,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
