We’re looking for a QA Test Lead who thrives on building confidence in complex systems. This role blends hands-on testing with leadership, where you’ll design test strategies, expand automation, and ensure smooth, production-ready releases across mobile, cloud, and connected platforms. What You’ll Do

Own the testing process – from planning to execution – across mobile apps, APIs, and cloud-based systems.

Lead defect management , making sure bugs are tracked, prioritized, and resolved quickly.

Design forward-looking test strategies that include functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.

Develop automation frameworks integrated into CI / CD pipelines, expanding coverage and reducing release cycles.

Support deployments , validating readiness with smoke tests and quality gates, then monitoring post-release performance.

Collaborate with developers, product, and DevOps / SRE teams to diagnose issues, validate fixes, and maintain high availability in production.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years leading QA or test teams, with experience managing end-to-end quality processes.

Proven ability to build and scale automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JMeter, Cucumber, or similar.

Experience testing iOS and Android apps, including performance, usability, and compatibility validation.

Strong debugging skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
