Position Title : .NET Developer with Oracle and Unix Experience

Pay Rate : 60 - 63 / hr W2

Position Description :

A NYC agency located in NYC is looking for a .NET Developer with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications using VB.NET, C#, WebAPI, and related technologies.
• Develop and optimize complex queries and database objects in Oracle to support backend processes and application requirements.
• Implement modern front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, ensuring responsive and user-friendly design.
• Support and maintain Unix-based batch jobs and cron tasks via shell scripting.
• Develop detailed, customized reports using Oracle reporting tools or Microsoft SSRS based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
• Use GitLab and Bitbucket for source code management and version control.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration / deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in application code and systems using Veracode or similar tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver technical documentation.
