Overview
The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys construction and building / development processes. They must have the ability to quickly review and understand large volumes of information and retain key points. Having the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute many tasks while maintaining quality and accurate work products is a must.
Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of project documentation and monthly review process
- Assist Consultants in the initial review of documentation
- Accompany Consultants in local site visits and assist in the preparation of reports
- Assist in the updating of project logs
- Maintain an organized e-filing system for all project
- Communicate with our clients and individual teams on the status of documentation as well as issues identified
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Finance or other relevant accreditationGeneral knowledge of business and management principlesCommunication and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and task-orientedSelf-motivated with a high sense of urgencyComputer skills and knowledge of office software packageThis job would require you to work at our office in Baton Rouge, LouisianaMicrosoft TeamsMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookSeniority level
