🌱 Senior Director, Commercial Finance — Miami HQ (Hybrid)

The Senior Director of Commercial Finance will be the engine behind pricing, forecasting, profitability, and scalable financial systems. You’ll partner closely with client teams, operations, and leadership to ensure financial rigor underpins growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial finance : drive pricing strategy, forecasting, revenue analysis, and margin optimization
• Collaborate across client, HR, and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals
• Build and refine financial models and scenario planning for business expansion or risk mitigation
• Oversee enterprise‑level reporting systems and ensure integration across ERP, accounting, and forecasting platforms
• Mentor and grow a small team of finance and accounting professionals, guiding them to be strategic business partners
• Establish governance for contracts, rate cards, and SOWs to safeguard margins and clarity
• Represent finance in executive discussions, contributing to company‑level priorities and direction
