Facility Operations Analyst Level 3

As a facility operations analyst level 3, you will perform tasks necessary for the administration and operation of the Facilities computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Maximo. The primary role of this position will be to plan, distribute, track and report corresponding electronic data for all work orders relating to repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects. This Subject Matter Expert (SME) position interacts with customers across organizations to support plant assets and their availability. The role is critical for the support of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet-metal, carpentry, boiler operations, industrial waste operations, building automation, and emergency notification systems in Plant Engineering. The operations analyst will also support the A4 strategies and initiatives of Plant Engineering.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
