Senior Systems Engineer

Description

The Senior Systems Engineer will provide technical leadership and systems engineering expertise for the Enterprise Information Management Systems supporting the Eagle Command contract. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of systems engineering activities, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead requirements development, system architecture, and design for Enterprise Information Management Systems, ensuring alignment with Eagle Command contract objectives.
• Coordinate and involve stakeholders across software, hardware, project management, security, and quality domains to ensure comprehensive system solutions.
• Oversee system implementation, integration, and transition activities, including installation, operational readiness, and user training.
• Develop and document transition strategies, installation plans, and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Manage risk, monitor system operational readiness, and proactively address technical and security challenges during system transition and sustainment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and transition reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure all deliverables meet contract requirements and obtain formal acceptance from internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
