The Barn Resort is an up-and-coming destination in historic Gettysburg, PA — and we’re searching for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our high-volume dining operations while helping shape the future of our resort. From hosting guests in our signature restaurant to coordinating event staff for weddings, banquets, and special events, this role is your chance to leave your mark on a property that’s quickly becoming a premier hospitality experience in the region.
Requirements : What You’ll Do
- Lead the Restaurant Team — recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing FOH staff
- Drive High-Volume Success — oversee daily service in a busy restaurant environment
- Assist in Execute Events — assist with staffing, hosting, and managing banquets, weddings, and private events in conjunction with our sales team.
- Innovate & Elevate — bring new ideas to improve guest service, team culture, and operational efficiency
- Hands-On Leadership — roll up your sleeves and model a can-do attitude every shift
