Job Description

PLANT MANAGER – North Providence Rhode Island-MUST BE US CITIZEN or GREEN CARD to apply.

Position Overview :

  • Operation Size : 80+ Employees, 3 shifts
  • Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer
  • Industry : Chemical processing with electroplating and anodizing operations

Responsibilities :

  • Full P&L responsibility across production, engineering, quality and product development.
  • Lead manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Develop and improve processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Direct customer engagement to support quality and business development goals.
  • Maintain and update process documentation.
  • Participate in regular senior management meetings.

    • Requirements :

  • B.S. in Engineering, Business, Ops Management
  • 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of customer organizations.
