Overview

TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital. VNA is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire an additional Clinical Manager (RN) in our Tampa Branch located in downtown Tampa.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes.
Oversee a multi-disciplinary team of nurses and therapists.
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure we provide the highest quality care.
Manage and support the clinical team in this expanding office.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience.

Prior Home Health Experience Necessary.

HCHB experience a plus.

Mid-senior level.

Full-time employment.
