This position requires 5 days to be onsite. Koniag Professional Services (KPS) is seeking an experienced Acquisition Intelligence Program Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of intelligence-related acquisition programs within the Department of Defense (DoD) for the Acquisition Integration and Interoperability (AI2) Office in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD(A&S)). This role combines deep expertise in national security acquisition processes with a strong understanding of intelligence operations, technologies, and stakeholder environments. The successful candidate will serve as a critical link between acquisition authorities, program sponsors, and mission operators-ensuring that intelligence capabilities are acquired and delivered efficiently, securely, and in alignment with DoD operational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle of intelligence acquisition programs-from requirements development through program execution and sustainment.
• Develop acquisition strategies and documentation in accordance with DoD 5000 Series framework.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, including acquisition plans, program risk assessments, and test & evaluation plans.
