Based in sunny Southern California, our Retail Support Center (RSC ) is the heart of our corporate operations, dedicated to supporting both our retail and online stores. The RSC is where strategy meets execution. From trend forecasting to tech innovation, our teams work together to bring the Tillys experience to life both in-store and online.

Position Summary

This position will begin as a 6-month contract , with the intention of converting to a full-time, regular employee based on performance and business needs.

The Project Manager drives cross-functional initiatives and oversees the full project life cycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. This role requires strong organization, time management, and proven experience in IT, software development, retail, or eCommerce. The ideal candidate excels at improving workflows, balancing multiple priorities, and partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a solid background in Agile, Scrum, and other methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include :

• Organized and efficient multitasker with excellent time management skills.
• Scope and deliver multiple projects with a track record of delivering on time an within budget.
• Own full project life cycle : define, manage, and execute project activities including adherence to delivery schedules, stakeholder, scope and risk management, budget control, and critical path scheduling.
• The Ability to present to all levels within the company and work with both technical and non-technical individuals, as this role is immersed with cross-functional teams.
• Adheres to best practice project management methodology and PMO standards.
• Status reporting to track projects progress against goals, objectives, and timelines.

Compensation

Annual Range : $120,000 - $123,000

Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What to Expect

Schedule : Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.

Work Location : Irvine, CA minimum of 4 days per week in-office.
