Job Summary

Fresh & Ready Food Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to lead operations at our food manufacturing facility. As the Site Leader, youll be responsible for building operational talent, addressing performance challenges, and implementing lean manufacturing practices that drive sustainable improvements in safety, productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and inventory management. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of a large-scale, multi-shift production team.
