Distribution Sales Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Distribution Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights and deep analytical expertise to support our sales team by delivering actionable leads and insights. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to enhance sales performance across various distribution channels. Additionally, you will ensure that all stakeholders are informed and equipped with the insights they need to drive success.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regional and National Account sales leaders, the Advanced Analytics team, as well as other business units to develop data-driven insights that support growth initiatives. This position requires proficiency in data management and analysis, as well as the ability to communicate complex insights effectively. Success in this role depends on your ability to streamline processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously enhance the impact of our sales strategies through innovative data analysis.

• Create and maintain dynamic dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to provide insightful visualizations for the sales team.
• Write and execute efficient and complex SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant sales data.
• Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise explanations for management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of data structures that represent our distribution selling model.
• Maintain a high-level perspective on how data analysis aligns with and supports the strategic initiatives of the sales organization.
• Communicate insights and findings efficiently and effectively to ensure alignment and understanding across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights for enhancing sales performance and strategy.
