🚀 Electromechanical Technician II

Location : Chaska, MN

Industry : Medical Device Manufacturing

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Assemble, wire, program, test, and package complex electromechanical systems with minimal supervision
  • Conduct functional testing of systems, subassemblies, and components to meet rigorous quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Analyze test results to identify root causes and perform repairs
  • Document discrepancies and maintain accurate production records
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize production workflows
  • Cross-train across departments and grow into a subject matter expert
  • Perform precision soldering (through-hole and light SMT)
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned — we value initiative and adaptability

đź§  What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly or technician roles
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and BOMs
  • Skilled in using electronic testing equipment, hand tools, adhesives, and fasteners
  • Comfortable with physical tasks : lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally, standing / walking for extended periods
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, basic PC navigation)
  • IPC / J-STD certification a plus
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems preferred
  • Safety-first mindset and strong communication skills

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 / hr.
