Digital Press Operator

AlphaGraphics on University in Tempe actively seeks a multi-faceted individual digital print operator to join our team. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who is highly engaged in todays modern print environment and wants to join a company with a great reputation within the industry. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have the skills and experience to work independently. The Digital Press Operator position is hands-on and reports to the Production Manager.

What we expect from you :

1 or more years of digital press operator experience

Positive, Professional Attitude

Problem Solving Skills

Strategic & flexible thinker

Digital Print Production OperatorQualifications :

HP Indigo Operator Certified on 7000 series or greater. (Preferred)

Xerox, IGen, or Iridesse Operator Trained (Preferred)

Familiar and comfortable with Fiery Print Controller, a plus

Experience in a high-volume operation.

Creative and capable of problem-solver

Focused on meeting both the company and customers expectations.

High Energy with the ability to work independently and with a larger team.

Drive compliance with all print processes & systems - work with a sense of urgency

Maintain print quality, optimize production, and minimize waste.

Drive Execution of Print production goals & metrics - Lead by example

Physical ability to stand on feet all day and lift 50lb as needed.

Communicates well with fellow team members, Co-Workers and Managers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dedication to providing excellent support to our customers.
