Responsibilities
- Handle customer's technical issues by phone, email and chat
- Lead trainings for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with connectivity issues
- Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers, support team and software developers
- It may also be necessary to travel to our international clients worldwide and work on-site several times a year
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in helpdesk departments or technical support for software productsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detailExperience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environmentAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize workloadKnowledge of computer networks, servers and security software and hardware (TCP / IP, DNS and DHCP, Firewalls etc)Knowledge in telecom technologies, information systems and call center applications is a plusJob Details
