Pay & Schedule

$90,000+ per year (Depending on experience) + bonus
First Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

Lead plant-wide quality and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with the Plant Manager and Director of Quality on quality strategy and execution

Implement and oversee Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manage CPAR reporting

Ensure ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance and coordinate internal audits

Manage new product launch feasibility, testing, and quality validation

Supervise and mentor Quality Technicians and Inspectors

Travel up to 25%, including international trips, to support customers and projects

What We're Looking For

3-5 years as a Quality Manager in manufacturing

Strong expertise in ISO 9001 / TS-16949 standards

Proven track record in quality control and continuous improvement

1-3 years experience in distribution or warehousing operations a plus
