Essential Functions And Primary Duties :

• Marketing Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute a marketing and communications plan tailored to the assigned product line's strategic priorities.
• Align marketing initiatives with enterprise-wide CBIZ campaigns and the broader B&I strategy.
• Partner with service line leadership to identify and prioritize key growth opportunities.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Partner with marketing teams across services, regions, and industries to ensure cohesive efforts.
• Serve as a liaison between the service line and the broader marketing organization to align priorities and share best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service line leaders, industry partners, and clients.
• Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven environment.
• Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure team success and professional growth.
