About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist who can hit the ground running in Louisville. This is a commission-based, independent role—perfect for someone who’s hungry, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position starts 1099 / comtract with the opportunity to move to full-time / W2
You’ll be out in the field visiting local businesses, starting conversations, and building relationships. You’ll also follow up with calls, emails, and meetings to close deals and grow accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect local businesses in Louisville and surrounding areas
- Visit businesses in person to introduce Black Label Campaigns
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and meetings to drive deals forward
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Manage your own pipeline and track progress
- Work independently to meet and exceed sales goals
