We are seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Finance Associate to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in real estate finance, with hands-on skills in underwriting, document review, and deal execution. This position offers direct involvement in all phases of the real estate development cycle, focusing luxury residential developmentsacross rental and for-sale sectorsand navigating complex capital structures.

Essential functions include but are not limited to :

• Lead financial modeling and investment analysis to support acquisitions, developments, and capital transactions.
• Manage comprehensive deal-specific underwriting and evaluate the financial feasibility of potential development sites.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including site assessments, zoning reviews, feasibility studies, and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with lenders, equity investors, and municipal stakeholders to structure and close financing.
• Drive and manage the financial closing process, coordinating legal, financial, and compliance documentation across internal and external teams.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, analyze performance against pro forma, and prepare variance reporting.
• Conduct market research and analyze economic data, comps, and zoning codes to inform underwriting assumptions and development strategy.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership and support overall portfolio planning
