Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and direct patients to the appropriate resources
Assist with questions regarding policies, paperwork, and payment inquiries
Provide technical support for patient portal and scheduling needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a call center environment; healthcare experience preferred
Prior customer service experience in medical or mental health practices preferred
Must have access to high-speed internet and strong computer proficiency
Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate inclusivity
