What You Will Be Doing

As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will :

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to connect with guests in a genuine and engaging way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make technology approachable.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

What We Offer

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base pay with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period : at least 40 hours per year in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter. Paid sick leave is provided as required by applicable state law where applicable. This is a security-minded, inclusive team that invests in you.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of official start date. The program may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
