Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following :

Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related

Two years of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning. Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills. EAP knowledge and experience, preferred

Licensed Clinical Social

Worker State of Employment Required Preferred current license in the state of employment in one of the following disciplines : Clinical Psychologist (PSY), Licensed Clinical Social

Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CHMC) (Utah only), Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (RN CNS) or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (RN NP, Psych Advanced Practice

Nurse (APN), and / or Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). Allowable : Current license in the state of employment in one of the following disciplines : Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate

Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACHMC), Associate level Mental Health Therapy License, and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, if proper supervision is required and can be met by hospital staff (Utah only)

BLS

Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

The location for this role is at Colorado Springs or in Pueblo, CO (EAP Office SMC). There are some remote / work-from-home shift options available. You must have a master's degree and full licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD). Ideal candidates have EAP experience, incident response, psychological first aid, training delivery, EMDR, account management, and coaching. The training for this role is primarily remote (Zoom), with some onsite training in Colorado Springs. We have staff available to train and precept.
