Weekend Registered Nurse- Crisis Stabilization Unit (7a-7p)

Responsibilities :

• Coordinating all activities regarding required nursing duties and responsibilities,
• Assisting the psychiatrist / physician during medicationclinics,
• Monitoring client progress and problems between medication clinics and reporting relevant findings to thepsychiatrist / physician.
• Counsel clients on the importance of following medication regimen and observe clients response to medication.
• Complete reports, records, logs and other required data as required for client records,
• Conduct in-service training sessions for staff.
• Conducting intakes.
• Attending administrative and clinical staffing.
• Providing various forms of therapy (individual, group, family, marital) as appropriate to level of training.
• Receiving clinical supervision.
• Participating in consultation and education activities.
• Consulting with other staff members regarding clinical cases and issues.Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
