¿Busca una oportunidad para que el éxito venga naturalmente? Entonces puede ser que haya encontrado a su nuevo equipo. Estamos buscando un líder de equipo de construcción de paisajismo para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Sería responsable de :

  • Asegurase de que el equipo trabaje de manera eficiente y cumpla los estándares del cliente
  • Llevar a cabo inspecciones del sitio, brindar liderazgo práctico y brindar guía para el control de la tierra, la plantación, el riego y el control de los insectos.
  • Conducir y mantener nuestros vehículos, capacitar al personal con un fuerte énfasis en la seguridad, manejar horarios y revisar graficas e informes.

Podría ser elegible si tiene :

  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en instalación de paisajismo
  • 1 año (mínimo) de experiencia en la gestión de tripulaciones de más de 2 personas
  • Tener al menos un año de experiencia en el cuidado del césped y paisajismo; experiencia de supervisión es sumamente deseada.

    • Y aunque no es obligatorio, sería genial si también tuviera :

  • Licencia de conducir y buen historial, liderazgo sólido y familiaridad con las técnicas y equipos utilizados en jardinería.
  • También debe poder manejar el aspecto físico de nuestro trabajo : condiciones climáticas, levantar objetos pesados ??(30-80 libras) y caminar mucho.
  • CDL
  • Transporte confiable
  • Experiencia en funcionamiento de equipos (mini cargadoras, excavadoras, retroexcavadoras, etc.)
  • Capaz de leer dibujos arquitectónicos
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
  • Capaz de trabajar bien con otros
