About The Position
We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity features 4pm-2am shifts in a fast track urgent care and emergency medicine setting, with occasional fill-in coverage as needed and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide care for patients in a fast track urgent care and emergency medicine environmentSee patients for 9 hours of the 10-hour scheduled shiftEvaluate, diagnose, and manage a range of emergency and urgent care presentationsCollaborate with clinical team members to ensure high-quality patient careDocument patient encounters using Epic EMRAdditional Information
Must have a valid California licenseRecent ER experience within the last 2 years requiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications requiredEmergency Medicine board certification requiredExperience with Epic EMR preferredBenefits
