Coverage Needed : ASAP - ongoing Monday-Friday, flexible scheduling with options for 5x8, 4x10, or 3x12 hour shifts GI (preferred) schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4x10's) Full-time preferred, part-time and weekends only accepted Clinical Details : Hospital-based Average of 25 surgical cases per day Case mix : 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic Team care model with 11 Anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs Supervision ratio typically 1 : 2 or 1 : 3 10 operating rooms equipped with GE Carestation 650s EMR : EPIC Support staff includes a team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs Locums may work at satellite locations nearby Requirements : NBCRNA Certified No new grads Active CO License Active BLS COVID-19 Vaccinated Clean malpractice / background record Pediatric experience preferred but not required GI experience strongly preferred Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases Required procedures : General Anesthesia (Adult) Preferred procedures : Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases
