Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering, Product, and Design leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
Lead key people processes such as performance calibrations, promotion reviews, and compensation planning
Oversee learning & development programs and contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement and culture
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a people-centric environment
Experience with internal communications
Ability to influence and partner strategically with leadership
Hands-on approach and comfort with ambiguity
Familiarity with HR systems and learning platforms
