job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork. Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions. Create individualized treatment plans within required time frames. Identify and address clinical / case management needs. Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed. Engage in at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly. Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps. Review Urine Drug Screens and initial patient identification. Your Role
As a Substance Abuse Counselor , you will engage with patients through individual, group, and family counseling. Collaborating with a dedicated treatment team, you’ll help identify and meet the clinical needs of your patients, ensuring their overall well-being.
