This mentor role  earns  $21.00  - $28.00 / hour , which includes various components such as hourly rate, service incentive, 40% retail commission, and potential bonuses. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SHOP MANAGER

You're an ambitious mentor, collaborating with area and district leaders to guide our team in delivering exceptional services and satisfying our clients. You masterfully oversee all aspects of our day-to-day, including essential financial matters, staff performance, and inventory management. You're responsible for maintaining our high standards, and you work with the assistant leader to address problems and improve weak areas. By actively participating in leadership discussions, conducting team meetings, completing purchase orders, and overseeing month-end activities, you help take our business to the next level!
