Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Barbara, CA for a Help Desk / Customer Service Representative. The Help Desk / Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing technical issues, resolving customer inquiries, and offering troubleshooting assistance for office equipment. The individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide timely solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
