A company is looking for a Compliance Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for licensing, insurance, and compliance documentation
Serve as the liaison between third-party notaries and internal teams, ensuring proper onboarding and compliance
Conduct compliance reviews and audits, assist in processing claims and consumer complaints, and support internal training efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Escrow, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
2+ years of experience in compliance or operations coordination
Proficiency in escrow / closing software (SoftPro) is a plus
Valid state driver's license
Industry experience in title and escrow operations or real estate preferred
