Job Description

• Operations Management : Overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Staff Management : Hiring, training, and supervising employees, scheduling shifts, and addressing employee performance.
• Customer Satisfaction : Ensuring a positive customer experience, addressing customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve service.
• Financial Management : Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Menu Planning : Developing and implementing menus, taking into account customer preferences and costs.
