Position : User Experience Designer

Compensation : $30-45 / hr

Location : Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled User Experience Designer to join their team! As part of a collaborative and agile environment, this role will focus on designing seamless user experiences for both web and mobile platforms. The team values user-centered design and is looking for someone who can balance innovation with practical functionality. It’s a chance to influence design strategy while working closely with product, development, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user and business needs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale
• Maintain and enhance design systems and component libraries
