Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Certified Home Health Aide based in Trenton, NJ. The Certified Home Health Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, personal care, and patient care. The aide will also provide companionship, support, and ensure clear communication with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
• Proficiency in providing Personal Care and assisting with Activities of Daily Living
• Excellent Communication skills
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to quality care
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience working in home care or healthcare settings is a plus
