The role you'll contribute : Provide guidance to the staff to ensure that the high level of cleanliness, quality and service is achieved and maintained. Assist with the JCAHO compliance. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you'll bring to the team : Coordinates activities for the Patient Experience Work Flow within EVS. Promotes the best patient experience, monitors satisfaction scores, and discusses improvements with the team in coordination with the Operations Supervisor / Manager. Observes the physical condition of the hospital, calls engineering for maintenance repairs, and reports tracking records to leadership. Maintains communications with all reportable data and acts as a liaison between all shifts' leadership to ensure collaboration. Manages supply distribution and usage, orders, and inventories in collaboration with the Operations Supervisor / Manager. Reports all pertinent information to the Operations Supervisor / Manager. Acts as a liaison between infection control and the EVS department. Coordinates the ATP-GEL process and compliance, reporting inspections to leadership to ensure staff notification and training. Manages reporting logs in the department, including Attendance, Hazardous Materials Monthly inspections, and Hazardous Books compliance.
