Overview

The Company is seeking a Vice President / Market President for Maricopa County, AZ. This pivotal leadership role is dedicated to driving market performance and achieving operational excellence, with a strong focus on meeting key performance indicators and operating targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end market performance, including P&L management, market planning, and execution. This role requires a strategic leader who can foster effective relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, drive collaboration, and ensure accountability to achieve the company's mission of putting the senior first.

Responsibilities

  • Drive market performance and operational excellence; manage P&L, market planning, and execution.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem; drive collaboration and accountability.
  • Lead market strategy, health plan oversight, utilization and cost management, network management, and product development innovation.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, stakeholder engagement, sales, and membership growth.
  • Travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the managed care or healthcare field, with a strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, contract language, negotiation strategies, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record in operational excellence, quality and compliance, stakeholder engagement, sales, and membership growth.
  • Bachelor\'s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, customer service, interpersonal, relationship management, and presentation skills.
