Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a supportive and compassionate care experience.
  • Lead our clinical team with confidence, coordinating care and promoting collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in community education initiatives to raise awareness and promote wellness in partnership with hospital education programs.
  • Deliver efficient and effective patient care in a 1 : 1 setting, utilizing your expertise to guide individuals toward recovery.
  • Ensure accurate billing and thorough documentation practices, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement; master's degree or doctorate preferred.
  • Competencies Skills

    Essential :

  • Demonstrate clear communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.
  • Credentials

  • Essential credentials include PT (Physical Therapist) certification and BLS (Basic Life Saving certification).
  • Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in related field is essential for education.
