Project Manager – IT Solutions Location :

  • Remote Salary : $80-90k Sabot Consulting seeks a Project Manager that will lead and manage complex IT projects for the our end client.
  • The Project Manager is responsible for project planning, execution, reporting, closing, and knowledge transfer, as well as maintenance and operations for each project.
  • This PM will oversee solution implementations, direct project requirements, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor / control, and close project activities to achieve project outcomes.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues.
  • Build consensus and manage competing business priorities.
  • Exercise discretion, tact, and judgment with stakeholders, technical staff, SMEs, and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee requirements definition, design, build, test, documentation, training, and installation.
  • Produce and deliver project documentation, including meeting notes, system requirements, technical design, and status reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with staff, CDT, and other agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with California Department of Technology (CDT) project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Manage project reporting, technical infrastructure documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Support M&O activities and enhancements for IT solutions.
  • Mentor and coach staff on project management best practices and methodologies.

    • Must Have :

  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of broad and extensive experience managing complex IT systems and integration projects, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects utilizing Agile methodology.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience evaluating and managing large-scale, multi-phase projects (including project schedules, status reports, and project plans) within the last 10 years.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing deployment and implementation of ServiceNow Platform.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience facilitating and coordinating Organizational Change Management.

    • Nice to Have :
