RN - Clinical Manager Experienced Home Health Care Leadership Needed New Office Location Downtown Tampa

TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.

VNA is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire an additional Clinical Manager (RN) in our Tampa Branch located in downtown Tampa .

As a Clinical Manager (RN) , you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for overseeing a multi disciplinary team of nurses and therapists while providing a high level of customer service and ensuring we provide the highest quality care.

This office currently has a CM in place and we are looking for one more talented RN-Clinical Manager to join this expanding office.

Prior Home Health experience necessary

HCHB experience a plus
