job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAlways cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit. Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner. Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles. Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines. Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with. Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items or luggage weighing up to 50lbs. You may be asked by local management and supervisors to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects. Be able to provide excellent service in a fast pace environment and always keep calm. Be responsible for all vehicles inspections, safety driving, safety parking, We take safety seriously. Self-adaptative to attendance, grooming, and professional demeanor in luxury environments. Provide high levels of customer service of luxury hotel guests and residents and able to create great impression and memories on every interaction. Previous Costumer service experience on luxury hotels is required. Be able to adapt to attendance policies, arriving on time, following uniform rules and protocols and follow instructions and remain flexible at the moment we face unexpected changes. Tips are based on quality of performance and customers’ interactions. Pay Rate : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour plus cash tip$!

Position Summary :
The luxury valet attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, safety parking and retrieving vehicles while creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests staying in the hotel and daily visitors to our restaurants outlets while following all company and hotel policies and procedures, always positive, friendly and professional.
