Job Description The Registered Nurse will demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric patients, and provide appropriate care based on thorough evaluations. This role encompasses a variety of clinical responsibilities aimed at patient safety and satisfaction within a perioperative team environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough and systematic assessments of patients. Demonstrate competent clinical skills and provide direct patient care. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with nursing guidelines. Identify areas for professional growth and adhere to policies and procedures. Enhance patient satisfaction through professional interactions with patients and families. Follow National Patient Safety Goals and utilize safe transfer techniques. Individualize patient care based on specific procedures and anesthesia types. Evaluate and educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures. Support the completion of patient testing in a timely manner. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Current BLS certification required.
