Job Description : This is a part-time role for our overnight shift (11pm-7am). Potential to work every other weekend and some holidays.

Position

Security Control Center Coordinator - The Auto Club Group

What you will do

• Coordinate Control Center operations including but not limited to the CCTV system, security alarm system, radio dispatch, access control system, closed circuit television system, alarm monitoring systems and security information management system.
• Operate and monitor the system, fire alarm system, card access system, public address system, and telephones. Make public address broadcasts as required.
• Administer the card access, CCTV, branch alarm systems and other related systems including programming, troubleshooting and coordination of system repairs, upgrades, and expansions.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair of security equipment and systems.
• Ensure the training and certification of Control Center operators.
• Handle daily Control Center operator functions as well as clerical duties as assigned by security management staff.
• Monitor radio transmissions and control radio traffic and broadcast discipline within the system.
• Receive and process all incoming telephone calls regarding routine security and safety matters; dispatch security personnel via radio / telephone to incidents.
• Perform data entry and administration of the security information management system; maintain activity logs, report logs, dispatch forms and other records as necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality of information in security reports or investigations. Provide clerical support and other duties as assigned by Security Management staff.

Associates degree in Law Enforcement or a related field.

Works indoors in a corporate office environment. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions.
