Our Am Law 100 client seeks an Illinois bar admitted Counsel to join its Real Estate practice in the Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. This attorney must have substantial experience in equity side real estate deals, including assisting clients in buying and selling properties as well as drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, and net and ground leasing agreements. Experience with join ventures is a plus. Attorneys are expected to be in the office two days a week. The estimated salary range for this role is $200,000 – $500,000.
