PepsiCo Na Po1 Pilot Customer Support
This role contributes to PepsiCo's success by providing support to North America Power of One (NA PO1) Pilot customers by guiding / troubleshooting the NA PO1 Pilot ecommerce experience and handling customer inquiries, including service and delivery concerns. Establishing and maintaining Gold Standard business relationships and delivering
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer contacts with white glove customer experience as the guiding principle
- Follow-up with assigned customers as scheduled via phone and / or email to provide closed loop service and an exceptional customer experience
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Ability to successfully coordinate and resolve manual customer inquiries to include but not limited to Delivery Issues from start to completion
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to a rapidly changing environment as dictated by the pilot and manual nature of this work
- Multitasking capabilities that include but not limited to email, online applications, and inbound / outbound calls
- Ability to work successfully within a team environment with strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- General knowledge of Pepsi and Frito brands and products
- Ability to speak calmly to frustrated customers on a variety of topics : product availability, off schedule delivery requests, and minimum order adherence
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
- Understand pricing and payment at a customer level and help to resolve related issues
- Maintain business relationship and tight wiring with Field Internal and external contacts
Compensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
