Must Have List

• First-hand experience in a UX Design role (3+ years of experience)
• Expertise with Figma (resume must demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge)
• Strong understanding of lean UX principles and iterative design processes
• Ability to translate business requirements, feature requests, and research insights into functional, on-brand, accessible interface designs
• Ability or willingness to learn and contribute to UX research activities, such as heuristic evaluations, usability studies, and user interviews

Purpose and Scope of Position :

The Enterprise Accessibility & User Experience team is passionate about solving problems and designing experiences that exceed users expectations - accessible-by-default, on-brand, intuitive, and supporting our cross-enterprise partners in achieving business needs. We are looking for a talented and motivated UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our internal and external websites and applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business partners, developers, UX researchers, accessibility specialists, and others at all levels of seniority across our company. Your primary focus will be creating seamless and appealing user experiences, which you will mainly achieve through wireframes, prototypes, and component design; but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to UX research efforts.
