Ingram Content Group (ICG)

• is hiring for three Sales Specialist (ILS) to contribute to our Library Services (ILS) team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

In this role, you will manage library relationships in a multi-state territory. You will position Ingram as the premier provider of all media and value-added services to libraries and achieves or exceeds established territory revenue goals. In addition, you’ll train library staff to use Ingram systems and respond to customer requests via email and video conferencing. As the Sales Specialist you will represent Ingram at state and local shows as required.

We focus on providing exceptional support to our library customers by improving workflows and processes with content, shelf-ready services, collection development and analytics all while developing and maintaining everlasting relationships with our clients. Hiring Salary Range : $57,155k- $71,232k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
