Join Our Team as the Local CDL A or B Driver - Charleston, South Carolina

We are hiring a Local CDL A or B Driver in Charleston, SC for a first shift position, working Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, with overtime as needed. Compensation

  • Pay rate : $25.00 / hour
  • Overtime pay : Paid after 40 hours, 2-5 hours / week

What You'll Do

  • Operate flatbed trucks with automatic transmission
  • Secure and strap loads safely, with experience in securing loads
  • Make 2-5 stops daily, primarily local deliveries
  • Assist with loading trucks using forklift, with forklift experience required
  • Help in the warehouse during downtime (~50%)
  • Pull orders and stage trucks for delivery, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Ensure safety and compliance at all times

    • Schedule

  • Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Shift : First shift
  • Overtime : When needed, 2-5 hours per week

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
  • At least 3 months of flatbed experience preferred, but training available
  • Valid CDL A or B license
  • Forklift experience
  • No felonies in the past 7 years; case-by-case for felonies after that
  • No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
