Summary :

The Sustainability and Public Affairs Manager will coordinate sustainability program within the organization with key external stakeholders. This role serves as the subject matter expert on energy transition, climate policy, and sustainability reporting, managing public policy issues, stakeholder relations, and community connections that impact the company's current business and future growth. Responsibilities include managing the Corporate Social Responsibility program, the ESG Captains initiative, and publishing the annual sustainability report.

Duties :

• Lead delivery of annual sustainability reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and established standards, frameworks, and rating and ranking agencies such as GHG Protocol, TCFD, GRI, SASB, CDP and UNSDGs.
• Track dynamic industry and regulatory standards pertaining to metrics, calculation methodologies, and reporting of information for sustainability and ESG purposes.
• Partner with Internal Audit and other functional areas to regularly review and strengthen internal controls for non-financial data for sustainability reporting.
• Prepare company executives for public speaking opportunities, especially when climate policy, energy transition, and sustainability are relevant topics.
• Provide project management to Company participation in industry events, including but not limited to CERAWeek and the UNFCCC's Conference of the Parties (COP).

Manage the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by convening the CSR Committee and overseeing approval process, portfolio tracking, and relationships with strategic CSR partners.
